Welcome back Kim to WPCF. Kim was a member for almost 2 years, before she had to take a break for shoulder surgery. She is back!! Stronger and more determined than ever to get get a great workout in, every time she steps in the gym. Kim doesn’t have a lot of spare time, being a full time working mother. Amazing freakin’ moment alert: Most of you missed it, because Josh tends to be a little busy on Sunday mornings, but luckily we witnessed it. Josh not only got his first bar muscle up, but did 6. This put him into the 3rd round of 16.3…..RX! After realizing he might be able to complete a round, he asks…”How did this happen?” Hard work and an open mind, that’s how. Josh just celebrated his 1-yr CF anniversary with us. He came here a year ago, looking for a change and intrigued by CrossFit. Josh soaks in everything and does his best not to worry about finishing first or lifting the most………but to just be the best version of himself.
